The English School of Falconry and Bird of Prey and Conservation Centre is based at the Shuttleworth Collection in Old Warden, Bedfordshire.
It has a collection of over 300 birds from all around the Globe including Falcons, Hawks, Owls, Eagles and Vultures, as well as a collection of insects & reptiles. There are flying displays three times a day throughout the season.
We visited the centre on 29th October, unfortunately, although it was a sunny day, lighting conditions were not good for photography. Most of the birds were within their pens rather than in the sunlight on the grass infront of the pens. Also, during the displays the sun was directly behind the birds making photography a little difficult as I was shooting into the bright sun.
