The fourth game of the season was an away trip to south London to take on the London South bank University Spartans

The Spartans became the first team this season to score over the Hurricanes first on their first drive after turning over the ball at the very start of the match. But this was to remain their only score of the game as the Hurricanes won 64 - 6 to remain division leaders going in to week 5.

Poor lighting under dull skies and some rain without floodlights made the photography conditions the worst so far this year.
