I've been shooting the Hurricanes for 3 years now. The first two we got knocked out in the semi-final of the National Championship by Birmingham Lions.

This weekend saw a road trip to Leeds to shoot the finals. It was a chance to avenge the last 2 years of history against the Lions. Last year's semi was described by some as the best University game for years. The two teams are closely matched and always produce a good game.

It was a tight game, at least for the first half. The scores were matched throughout the first half, then the Hurricanes started to pull ahead until they took the National Title 37 - 19.

I managed to break my photo record taking over 1200 game and celebrAtion photos.

Well done to the Hurricanes, deserved victors and a great bunch of guys.
